Ryan was very professional. He used corner guards (something I have not seen before) so his hoses would not damage my walls. He was very knowledgeable in cleaning and pet stains. He placed Styrofoam under items before placing them on the wet carpet and possibly transferring a stain. The price was very reasonable and the job was excellent. Ryan was dedicated to ensuring that the quality of his work was up to my satisfaction. He re-stretched and steam-cleaned my carpet. Then called to make sure that I was satisfied. When I told him of some "abnormalities" in the looks of the carpet, he drove back out and proceeded to use a dry method on the questionable areas of the carpet. He called me back afterwards and said he was glad that I called him and had him back out because the wet-clean did not complete the way he envisioned. (My carpet was heavily stained).
